Team Coaching
- Your team has only just been put together, but faces an enormous challenge.
- You have just become the manager of a team that has already been together for quite a while.
- Your team has been working as it is for quite a while and you are not particularly dissatisfied, but you suspect they could do a lot better.
- Your team isn’t really functioning all that well ….
- Your team members are having a conflict.
- Your team is having a conflict with another team.
In all of these cases, you can ask us to help you to create a more effective team much quicker than would normally be possible. This can often be done during a single coaching session in which we help you and your team to achieve the targets we have mutually agreed upon beforehand. In some cases it may be necessary for our coaching to consist of more intervention sessions.
Once we have agreed upon the targets, we will then design a programme. Although we think it is important to work with a programme, we are also well able to deviate from this should circumstances deem it necessary, and this would always be done with your full agreement.
Individual Coaching
- You have just started your new job and to be totally honest, it is an enormous challenge.
- You have just become the manager of a team for the first time and you want to be effective in your new role as quickly as possible.
- You think that you could be more effective than you are at the moment.
- You exeprience a lot of stress and tension and are worried that it will grow over your head.
- You're ready for the next step, but you're not sure what the next step is.
In all these cases, it may be a good idea to have some individual coaching. We first set the objectives and agree together how many individual discussions we need to reach these objectives. The aim of these discussions is to make a clear analysis of all the questions involved and then to go through the answers to the questions with you.
For career guidance, we have recently started offering a program at a fixed price.
Training
You would like to improve one or more of the following skills of a number of employees in your organisation:
Topics that often recur in these programs are:
· Leadership.
· Communication.
· Coach.
· Change management.
· Cooperate.
· Work effectively.
· Personal effectiveness.
· Conflict management.
· Stress management.
Based on an analysis of the target group and the learning objectives, we put together a program. Our programs are always a mix of theoretical models, practical tips and plenty of opportunity to practice and talk to each other.
